Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Five Duel mobile game processes, why, and your rights. The data controller is Ali Rıza Gezgin (under Turkey's KVKK and the EU GDPR). Contact: support@fiveduel.com
In short
- No ads, no tracking, and we do not sell your data.
- We do not collect your email address, phone number, location or contacts.
- You can delete your account from inside the app at any time; your data is deleted from our servers.
Data we process

Your IP address is processed briefly for rate limiting to prevent abuse; it is not stored.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare: our servers and database run on Cloudflare (processor).
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, purchase verification, Game Center and delivering notifications to your phone (Apple Push Notification service), under Apple's own privacy policy.
- Anthropic (Pro members only): to write a match report we send only that match's game data (the footballers bought, prices, scores). Players' display names, account ids and contact data are never sent; names are added on our server after the report comes back.
Some of these providers may process data outside Turkey and the EU. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.
Opponents and friends only see your display name, avatar, online status and your moves in a match.
How long we keep it
- While your account exists. Deleting your account deletes the account, friendships, blocks, match history, purchase records and reports about you.
- Backups expire automatically within 30 days.
- Reports you filed may stay in the moderation log, no longer linked to you.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or port your data and object to its processing. Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account. For anything else write to support@fiveduel.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Five Duel is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Footballers
Footballers' names, nationalities, positions and eras are compiled from public sources. No photos, club crests or private information are used. Players or their representatives who want to be removed can write to support@fiveduel.com; removal applies to new decks immediately.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above and announce important changes in the app.
