By using Five Duel you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by Apple's terms.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour in Five Duel. The following are not allowed:
- Display names that are profane, hateful, sexual, violent or demeaning
- Names that impersonate another person, club, brand or the Five Duel team
- Harassing, threatening or bothering other players
- Cheating, automated tools, exploiting bugs or using someone else's account
Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can report and block a player from the result screen or the Friends list. You will never be matched with someone you blocked, and they cannot send you friend requests or invites. Display names are also filtered automatically.
We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, reset the name, and suspend or permanently close the account where needed.
Virtual credits
Credits in matches are virtual: they cannot be bought, won, cashed out or carried between matches. There is no betting and there are no prizes.
Names and cards in the game
Names of footballers, stadiums, cars and other cards are used only to say what a card is about. Five Duel is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, these people, clubs or makers. Card scores are the Scout's editorial ratings. Real-estate cards are typical listings, not real ones; values are rough estimates and not investment advice.
